In keeping with customer dedication, we also offer a 24 hour parts backup service for your convenience – after all, our job is to keep you on the road – for longer. Our computer network allows our parts interpreters to source stock not only locally – but through our supplier’s national parts warehouse – in any dealership throughout Australia. Our dealership wide extended trading hours mean that you can get the part you require usually without the expensive opening fee. In the case of an after hours emergency, our dealerships offer a 24 hour callout service – so you never need to wait longer than you have to for parts you need to keep you going!
With our state of the art parts interpreting software for all brands and years of knowledge under our belt, we can locate the part you need – efficiently and quickly.
In the case that parts are not available to be sourced locally – MACK, UD and VOLVO’s National Parts Warehouse supports us in our efforts to ensure that your truck is never off the road longer than it has to be.

We understand that on some older model trucks, new parts pricing cant be justified and our second hand parts may be the answer you are looking for.
